Greetings from My Mountain Cabin,
As the beginning of year 2010 is upon us, many find it natural to reflect upon the highs and lows of the past 12 months. No doubt there were moments when you were dancing in the light and others that were not so pleasant. With the arrival of year 2010, thoughts of woulda-coulda-shoulda may well be translated into resolutions for the coming 52 weeks. And that is all well and good.
Yet, it is important to not beat yourself up regarding things you could have done differently in 2009. The role you are now playing in the grand scheme of things has never been played before, so everything you do represents an opportunity for discovery. How could it be otherwise?
The entire history of human events serves as a backdrop for your reading these words at this very moment. That is an awesome thought! And there is an infinite future that lies ahead.
Remember, it is absolutely impossible for you to be kicked out of the universe. Therefore, nothing that you have done, or not accomplished, represents even the slightest threat to your being. Take a deep breath as you read this, smile, and warmly greet the beginning of a new chapter in your life.
Throughout the New Year, allow The Process to unfold, gracefully embracing your humanness.
Be well, do good work, keep in touch,
Ed
